Happy Easter

I hope everyone had a great Easter.

On Easter Sat Rik and I took the girls to Arthur's Seat Maze for the day. They have an Easter egg hunt every year, but we haven't been there since 2003. So we figured it was time to go again.

It's a great place to take the kiddies. The maize Maze it always great too. This time it was a Unicorn.

Here are a couple of pics that I took on the day.

Easter day, Sunday.

The girls woke up nice and early, not something I wanted as I was up until 2am in the morning as I wanted to finish reading the book I had.

We bought the girls Guitar hero for Easter. We all had a ball on it once it was set up and going.
Jasmine and Anabell, ate chocolate for breakie and then just for a change they then after that had some choc chip hot cross buns. LOL

It's the one day of the year that they are allowed to have chocolate for breakie.

In the afternoon we headed up to see our friends in Cranbourne. Had a barbie for dinner and the boys have a few drinks while us girls get some chatting in. We normally stay there the night as it is normally a late one.

Sunday morning, we got up and got ready to head home.

Later in the arvo, one of the foster children that lived with us, ran into Jasmine and I at frankston last week. We haven't seen G for 2 years. So I was really surprised when he came over. It was great seeing him again. A great kid that just had so many things to deal with and couldn't cope very well. Well he really has changed, he is so happy and really seems to be getting himself in the right track. He turned 20 on Sat. He now is taller than me. LOL.......
He was 13 when he moved in, and he was around until just before he turned 18. Hoping that we can stay in touch this time.

Today nothing much has happened just the usual cleaning and I finished a LO too.

Also here are a few cards I made last week also.

Have you read The Mortal Instruments??? Three books, City of Bones, City of Ashes and City of Glass. Great books. Read them all in 4 day. Nothing at all like Twilight. It took a bit to get into after coming of the back of Twilight but once you get into these you can't put them down either.

Well I think that's all for today. I have to take the girls to kickboxing.
Until next time
Take care

Vesna
