Hi all,
Well I will firstly share a picture of my car bonnet. It still needs a couple more coats of clear and then it has to be buffed. It is sort of a magenta colour. The photo really doesn't do the colour any justice, but here it is anyway.

Hopefully I might not have so many near misses with people not seeing my car and nearly hitting me, when it is all finished.
Last week I nearly didn't have a car when I was stopped this person in a ford ute didn't slow down and it was lucky that there was a turning lane right where I had stopped (cause of traffic). He turned into that lane just in time and when he came to a stop his car was nearly in front of mine. All I could do was brace myself and Jasmine for the hit. Luckily it didn't happen.

On Thursday, I went to coffee morning at PaperDoll Boutique (Wendy's). We had to hand make something small for the kriss kringle. I actually forgot to take a photo but I made 12 assorted gift cards, which Jenny got.
I received the most beautiful felt folder from Sharon. Now I need to make a book to put inside. Thanks Sharon, I love it.

I stayed until about 3pm again along with Jenny, so I really don't know we still call it coffee morning......lol.

Friday morning when I took the girls to school, I stayed there until about 1pm as we had our school Christmas Stall. I helped out a couple of other mums selling lots of little pressies to the kids that remembered to bring along some money. Lots of the note pads that I had decorated where sold.
When I came home I had to finish making my Kris Kringle for crop at Wendy's. I started making it in the morning before taking the girls to school.
I painted the frame (Splosh Paint) and used my Autumn Leaves stamps, Stickles, Kaiser Rhinestones, Kaiser wood flourish and flowers, Versa Magic Ink. I have also used my new H.S. wing stamp (on transparency), MM paper and C.S.

Connie received this frame.
I got this cute little swan made by Susan. How cute is it?
Crop night was great. It's great catching up with the girls. And I some how think that the girls think I have a stamp fetish. LOL Well I do have a few now.

Now up to Saturday.
Rick had to go into work so when he left the girls and I started to get ready to go out as we had free tickets to see Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium.
A friend Debbie had been given these tickets for 2 adults and 2 kids to see the movie at 10:15am. Santa was there and so was Mrs Clause, and elf, reindeer, and a few other characters. At the end of the movie Jasmine and Anabell was also given a balloon, lolly bag and a present each.
At about 8:30 Rick rang me to let me know that the boss hadn't organised the job so it was now postponed to next weekend. So that meant that if he came straight home again and get changed he could come to the movies with us.
The movie was great, we all loved it. After the movie we went and had some lunch.
Then.....we went for a drive to go and get my Christmas present. It's a
CUTTLE BUG.
But I'm not allowed to use it till xmas day. So I had to wrap it up. I also now have the Script, snowflake, swirl, stylized flowers, and the Happy Birthday embossing folders. So I figured that since I wasn't aloud to have my Cuttlebug, Rick wasn't allowed to have his Xbox360. I wrapped it up and it went under the tree too.Rick cooked dinner so I decided to get started on making my Christmas tags. I got this idea from the Kim Archer 2007 CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR.

Sunday was a pretty quiet day. I did a bit of weeding, yuck, but it needed to be done.
Today, Monday, I went around to a few different schools. The girls are changing schools as, Overport is no longer the school to be at. I feel that things have changed, and not for the better. All the good teachers are leaving, so I think that, that says alot. I really don't want to post the nitty gritty but suffice to say Overport is no longer the best school around this area in my eyes. The girls are also looking forward to a new school, and making new friends.
Well I think that is all for the moment
Have a lovely week
